Features and advantages
1. Ideal Décap F is a highly concentrated alkaline cleaning formula that removes frying fats, encrusted
small food residues, sauce splatters on charred parts, dried stains such as blood, spinach
egg yolk,….
2. Ideal Décap F is a viscous liquid that adheres to smooth, possibly vertical walls.
Consequently, the contact time product – dirt is prolonged, ensuring renewal and providing a perfect
result.
3. Décap F is applied pure on walls and doors of ovens, kitchen ranges, grills, fryers, hotplates,
extractor hoods.
It is also used to degrease various kitchen utensils: bowls, frying pans, cooking pots,
cast iron moldsfor pies and dishes, cake pans, waffle irons,…
4. although very effective against soiling, Ideal Décap F doesnot attack the materials commonly used in the food sector
: Stainless steel, steel, sheet steel, earthenware, glass, but it is essential to carry out a test
beforehand on fine
materials such as aluminum or galvanized parts, painted or varnished surfaces.
application
1. Dosage: PUR for manual application with a brush or a paintbrush.
2. The contact time depends on the type and amount of incrustations: 20 minutes on average.
3 Slightly heat the device to be treated, as the temperature has a positive influence: it increases the effectiveness
of the product and the speed of the de-encrusting and degreasing action. 60 ° C is the maximum.
4. after treatment with Ideal Décap F , brush off and rinse with sufficient water.
