AUTOLAV S is a professional, non-foaming, highly concentrated and
especially for use in scrubbing machines and all cleaning machines
developed scouring cleaner.
AUTOLAV PLUS works very quickly and is therefore suitable for daily cleaning
large shopping centers, public institutions or industrial and commercial areas.
The treated floors are usually made of tiles or tiles of various types,
Thermoplastics and similar, smooth or painted cement.
Properties
AUTOLAV S is intended for basic cleaning and restoration of very dirty
floors in workshops/halls, warehouses and parking areas; in this case, the
dosage can be increased and the user allows the cleaning solution to act for 20 minutes
while scrubbing the floor.
When used for daily cleaning, the solution does not foam and requires more
no rinsing after vacuuming with the scrubber-drier. In the case of basic cleaning, however
AUTOLAV S must be rinsed off thoroughly.
Way of application
Dosage: 1% with daily cleaning. 5 to 20% for repairs and basic cleaning.
Use for daily scrubbing cleaning – dosage 1%:
Soiling is to be picked up. AUTOLAV S is applied with
the scrubbing machine, then scrubbing mechanically and finally
the remaining dirt solution is sucked up by the machine. The floor dries immediately
and is not subjected to any other treatment for maintenance cleaning.
Use for curative scrubbing cleaning – dosage at least 5% up to 20%:
Coarse soiling is to be picked up. The solution is with the scrubber-drier
is applied to the floor and an initial scrubbing process is performed, the
Solution is not immediately absorbed. It also acts to remove the dirt.
After a variable contact time, the scrubber-drier returns to its starting point
back, sprays extra water, does a second scrubbing and vacuums
the remaining dirt solution.
Equipment: Special for scrubbing machines; the application is also with a
Single disc or pressure cleaning machine possible.
Conformity / Approval
Composition: Surfactants, alkaline salts and hydroxides, water-soluble solubilizers.
Biodegradability: over 90 % – according to EEC guidelines on the biodegradability of surfactants
