General
The business regulations of Putzlappen Lyss GmbH regulate the legal relationship between you and your customers for orders, deliveries and other services. The buyer or customer accepts these general provisions for written and verbal orders.

Internet and catalog offers
Consumable products are subject to strong price and currency fluctuations, and misprints can creep in again and again.
For these reasons, we expressly reserve the right to change prices.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) excl. VAT specified. We expressly reserve the right to change prices. For large quantities, please ask for the best daily price.

payment
The invoices are payable net within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of default in payment, a reminder will be sent to the buyer. The debtor will be billed in full for dunning costs and any collection costs incurred.
You can pay by PayPal or credit card.
We cannot accept WIR checks as payment.

Prepayment / cash on delivery
If the creditworthiness is not guaranteed, deliveries are made either against prepayment or cash on delivery.

Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the express property of Putzlappen Lyss GmbH until the invoice amount has been paid in full.

Complaints / guarantee
Complaints can be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns of goods
We can expressly only accept returns in undamaged original packaging.
There is no right of return for items specially procured at the customer’s request that we do not have in our range.

Legal status
The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is the headquarters of Putzlappen Lyss GmbH.
